Once we understand your project scope and budget direction, we prepare a tailored preliminary proposal suited to your specific requirements.

Next, we arrange a meeting with our in-house designer and Marty to refine your ideas further. This is where our design and build approach really comes together, the people designing your home are working alongside the people building it from day one.

This stage focuses on layout, functionality, style, and ensuring the design aligns with your budget expectations. We're always happy to jump on a call to walk you through how the design and build process works.

With plans and scope confirmed, we prepare a thorough fixed-price quote so you have complete clarity before construction begins. No guesswork, no surprises.

Our team manages the full pre-construction side of your project, engineering, soil tests, any reports your build needs, plus the certification and approvals process end to end.

We coordinate the required consultants and documentation, working with designers, engineers, certifiers, and relevant specialists so you're not chasing paperwork or stitching trades together.

Once the contract is signed, you'll get access to our client portal so you can track the progress of your job, view invoices and review any variations as they happen.

It keeps the build transparent from slab to handover, you always know where the project sits and what's next.
