5 Hood Court was a comprehensive renovation of an established Gold Coast family home. The clients wanted a home that worked harder for two parents and kids, with a finish that lifted the whole street. We rebuilt the kitchen, living and primary suite, redesigned the indoor outdoor flow, and ran the build to a fixed price with weekly client updates.
A family home that finally fits how the family actually lives, and a client who chose to film a testimonial about the experience.
